Life as it is

life as it is for me anyways. Now I am a just graduated highschool students and yeah my parents never told me that life was gonna be hard I took the hard way and moved out of my parents my senior year, and let’s just say that was the stupidest mistake of all time. I have never seen my dad so disappointed in me ever and I have never seen either of my parents so sad. It’s not easy being a young adult and I know that now and since I moved out there were lots of tough and hard disitions I had to make like car insurance, and finding a place to live ,and I was working 3 jobs and going to school now that sounds terrible but it really was not that bad. I was working McDonald’s during the week and a vet clinic on Saturdays and every other Sunday a dairy farm but In that time I realized life is gonna be hard and I am just gonna have to work through it. I than realized I would not be where I am if it were not because of my parents .My parents are great parents and I didn’t give them the credit they deserve in raising me. Yeah some days I wanted to run away because I thought my parents hated me but  really I am sure they had the same thought some days I love my parents because of the work they put me through I may not have been able to find a job without them they taught me to be a hard worker and

My mom taught me how to be a good talker but even though we had hard times we always got through them and I am glad I have the parents I have today.

Success

Success has different meanings for each person the definition of success is your own.

What does success mean to you ?

What makes you feel successful?

This is a very hard question success can mean a lot of things to me for one making my parents proud is probably the biggest success for me but the little things always make me feel successful than like helping someone in need .What makes me feel successful getting a good job, helping others, there are a lot more to .

So I want you to think of the small things that make you feel successful things that make you happy.

Listen to your emotions

I want you to listen to your emotions.

Bitterness, resentment, discomfort, anger, disappointment, guilt, shame, anxiety, and sadness.

Bitterness, shows you where you need to heal, and where you’re still holding judgment on others and yourself.

Resentment, shows you where you’re living in the past and not allowing the present to be as it is.

Discomfort, shows you that you need to pay attention right now to what is happening because you’re being given the opportunity to change ,to do something different than you typically do.

Anger, shows what you’re passionate about where your boundaries are and what you believe needs to change about the world.

Disappointment shows you that you tried for something that you did not give in to apathy that you still care.

Guilt shows you that you’re still living in other people’s expectations of what you should do.

shame shows you that you’re internalizing other people’s beliefs about who you should be ( or who you are) and that you need to reconnect with yourself.

Anxiety shows you that you need to wake up, right now, and that you need to be present, that you’re stuck in the past and living in fear of the future.

Sadness shows you the depth of your feeling, the depth of your care for others and this world.

So I want you to think about your emotions.

Life

I’m selfish , impatient, and very insecure, that is just some of me that needs work everyone is all of these and won’t admit it most of the time. And I think that if life was easy we would all have hand books on how to live life but nobody hands out handbooks telling us how to live we are expected to fullfill that our selves life isn’t handed to us on a silver platter we have to work to fulfill those destinys we all have are hardships and our good days we don’t want to end

Emotions

Second guessing yourself and being indecisive is a form of self-sabotage learn how to trust yourself more. The decision will never be perfect but perfection doesn’t exist. The most successful people believe in themselves and their decisions.

How have you been second-guessing yourself?

I want you to think about this because trust me I second myself every day and it’s not a good thing to do because when you second-guess yourself most of the time you’re right before you second-guess yourself and I have a really hard time with that. I am working on it and I am getting better. It just takes time and practice.

Self-care

Today we are gonna be talking a little bit about Self-care . Here is something that Jacqueline Kademain said – gratitude for what you have will pave the way for more to be grateful for it’s important to be grateful for the small and big things each day. Take some time today to reflect on all of that you are grateful for, be grateful for the small things it’s not everyday that you’re going to have a good day but if you reflect on the good days and good things in the days it will make your day a little better.

Here’s something to think about what is Self-care some people may say it’s just meditation and personal hygiene yes it is some of that but it’s about healing the mind and having a good environment. It’s the small things in life that make your day a little better

So today I want you to think about the small things and the big things that you are grateful for.
